General Rental Terms and Conditions
for the rental of single and double rooms as well as holiday apartments to workers and holiday guests

2. Scope
These General Rental Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concerning the temporary rental of furnished single and double rooms to workers, business travellers and holiday guests. They apply equally to all guests, regardless of the purpose of the booking.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The rental contract is concluded upon booking confirmation by the landlord, whether in writing, electronically or verbally. By making a booking, the guest accepts these rental terms and conditions.
4. Rental Period / Arrival and Departure
• The rental period is based on the individual agreement.
• Arrival / check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
• Departure / check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
In the event of late departure, an additional daily rent may be charged.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
• The prices agreed at the time of booking apply.
• Payments are only possible by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
• The full invoice amount must be paid in full and received by the landlord before arrival.
• If payment is not received on time, the landlord may cancel the booking.
6. Use of the Premises
• The rooms may only be used by the agreed number of persons.
• Subletting or transfer to third parties is not permitted.
• Use for commercial purposes or events is prohibited.
7. Guest Obligations
The guest undertakes to:
• treat the accommodation with care,
• comply with the house rules,
• report any damage immediately,
• show consideration for other guests and neighbours.
8. Liability
• The guest is liable for all damage caused by them or by fellow travellers.
• The landlord is not liable unless otherwise required by law.
• No liability is accepted for items brought into the accommodation, except in cases of mandatory statutory liability.
9. Cancellation / Withdrawal
a) Jembke location near Wolfsburg:
• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 13 to 3 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
• From 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show: cancellation is no longer possible, 100% of the total price will be charged
b) Cuxhaven location — Duhnen and Döse:
• Up to 28 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 27 days before arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged
10. Termination by the Landlord
The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract without notice if:
• the guest violates the rental terms and conditions or the house rules,
• the accommodation is used in breach of contract,
• other guests or neighbours are significantly disturbed.
11. Right of Access
The landlord or authorised persons have the right to enter the accommodation for justified reasons, for example to prevent damage or to carry out inspections.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of contract fulfilment and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
13. Final Provisions
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
• Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
• The place of jurisdiction is — insofar as legally permissible — the registered office of the landlord.
